I am extremely upset with how this office handled my appointment. I recently had a seizure and have been experiencing severe light sensitivity and other symptoms, so seeing a neurologist was incredibly important to me. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I experienced this level of incompetence from a medical office. My wife had a neurology appointment scheduled—an appointment we were relying on for a serious medical concern—only to discover that the office had **cancelled it without bothering to notify us.** No phone call. Dr. Bandatmakur is an amazing neurologist! He is very knowledgeable and takes his time and explains everything so clearly. I am also very pleased with his office staff as well. Salina and Linda are both very sweet and helpful.

This office showed zero accommodation and a complete lack of professionalism. My daughter has level 3 autism and desperately needed a new diagnosis. Because of the office's terrible communication, my sister drove one hour and 30 minutes to get her to this appointment.My sister is my daughter's legal guardian, and we had the paperwork on hand to prove it.
