My sister has been fighting these people to answer their phones for 6 years! She lives 5 hours away so its impossible to just drive up there and talk to someone. She travels once every year to see these people and they cant even answer their phones! Absolutely ridiculous. whoevers job it is to answer phones should be fired!!

Absolutely ridiculous inconsiderate customer care!!! This location does not honor the time of its patients. Dr. Morales is fabulous but his staff is very lacking. My husband was supposed to have 2 MRIs scheduled, one of his spine and one of his brain. The nurse said he didn't need one of the brain since he was getting one of the spine. I begged them to check with the doctor but the staff refused and would not schedule the brain MRI. I had to leave one office and drive to another office in Denison before finally getting someone to message Dr Morales and eventually getting the MRI scheduled.
