Office staff is worthless! The phone rings for hours and no one answers!! How can you have a doctor when their staff does not answer the phone?!
Dr Charr is very caring and listens to your needs. He really works hard to find the answers to your issues you are having with your health. The only thing is his billing and insurance associates apparently doesn't care about you. For over six months, I had blood work, several testing, lumbar puncture procedure, and five total MRIs. All five MRIs have been rescheduled due to nothing back from insurance approval. Come to find out they are sending in the claim for approvals less than seven days prior to schedule appointments.
