I need to see a neurologist ASAP and they want ne to pay over the phone before I can make an appointment i am 60 years old we are not guaranteed tomorrow and I refuse to pay before I get the appointment I might not even make it tomorrow I am self pay 300.00 this is not fair because other people can't pay I just soen over 1000.00 2 hospital and 3 appointment with my doctor wgat more do the want. I never paid before an appointment
One particular person working in the front office at this location was extremely difficult to communicate with. It felt like talking to a brick wall. Customer service was clearly not a priority, and her attitude made for a very unpleasant experience. If working with people is something she no longer enjoys, perhaps a customer-facing position is not the right fit. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way.
Unorganized scheduling. Waited a month for my spouses appointment, for us to sit there a hour past our appointment time and still hadn't heard anything and the waiting area was at capacity.
