Aaron was able to identify so many code violations in our new construction home that the city missed at every single phase. His reports are detailed and he is a wealth of knowledge, with tons of experience. “Builders” have a hard time arguing with his findings, and sadly some of these “custom home builders” have no business being in construction. Majority of builder’s don’t understand code is the minimum standard that must be met bc they are not required to be licensed in TX - so there is no regulating board overseeing them.... read more
