Dr. Sreshta has the bedside manner of a rock. He's spends the entire visit arrogantly, and unnecessarily regurgitating his knowledge of Texas Health codes, rules and regulations. He is unsympathetic and without empathy. The office tried to make us pay a copay, and I had to prove to them that our plan was paying at 100% and the deductible had been met back in April. Dealing with Dr. office has been an absolute nightmare. For weeks, they failed to send critical medical information needed for my parent’s other doctor appointments — despite multiple requests. I just starting going here my doctor is the best Dr. Dominic Sresha. He listens to you and his receptions are nice too and they starting to call you fast to go to the back. that’s a plus and get you out just need to teach the interns alittle more or let someone help them That know it
