I own 2 event venues and have leased machines from them for several years now. Every time I call for service and help they take care of me ASAP. They show up when they say they are going too, and ALWAYS follow through. Very rare now days in a company. They are the BEST in town

I want to thank these foks. After calling around for Manitowoc Ice machine repair, they actually give me some pricing parameters. Then, after them realizing I had basic knowledge, made some over the phone sugestions that allowed me to fix it myself. It was amazing! Other places woouldn't even tell me how much the first hour would cost and trip charge. Can;t those who hide what they charge- These people completely upfront to a 1st time would be customer.
