Thank you so much for providing a detailed inspection report for our new home. The entire team works very professionally and pointed out a lot of flaws that wouldn’t be visible to our eyes. They were suggested to me by my sister and I’m very pleased with the result.
Anthony inspected a lakehouse we ended up not moving forward with due to mold issues and too many other red flags. We are so grateful for the level of thoroughness in Anthony's inspection and report. He provided a lot of clarity on what is a very confusing and intimidating subject. I highly recommend using him for any home purchase, and will 100% schedule him to inspect and test any home I buy in the future.
Would give 6 stars if possible. Highly recommend this inspector. fast, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. He caught things I definitely would’ve missed, including a foundation issue, a ceiling leak, and roof damage near the electrical mast. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, and got the report back to me quickly, which mattered a lot during my option period. He walked me through every finding clearly instead of just handing me a checklist. Would 100% use again and recommend to anyone buying a home in the area.
This team was great to work with for our pre-purchase home inspection. Easy to book the appointment and they arrived on time and got to work. Despite the age and size of the home, they had the report to me the same day and it was very thorough. I truly appreciate the insight, peace of mind, and conversation they provided during what can be a very stressful process (home buying). Thanks again.
Robert and Gregory were very professional, and thorough. They allowed us to walk with them through the house while showing us things that needed to be done and wasn’t done right in a NEW HOME. I will most definitely use them again for RE- inspection. If you are hesitant about hiring this company DON’T HESITATE. They also inspected my sisters new home a year ago. The whole process was simple. The report came back to use less than an hour after we paid invoice.
