I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with THIE for car insurance. Their client backed into my vehicle and since then it has been a series of disappointing events. From delayed, differed, or even ignored communication to lacking basic knowledge and experience they falter through every step. Additionally, the employees are generally discourteous. THIE is an amazing company with outstanding resources! The staff are exceptional and extremely knowledgeable! It’s a pleasure to have them as a business partner for our insurance needs!
I had a terrible experience with this company. An EMS company that they insured rear ended and totaled my car. It took them nearly a month to approve a rental car and another month to approve the claim. They were difficult to get a hold of and wouldn't respond to emails or voice messages.
