We’ve been shopping for a new home in Snyder since the fall. Our experience has been just fair. Do NOT under any circumstances do any type of a purchase outside of the contract for the home itself. Things such as: buying the sellers furniture, survey, etc. This is 100% where this company falls down and fails to take or get action.
