The property manager is attempting to force my family out with a 30 day notice to vacate after I complained about the lack of 'Quiet Enjoyment' and the failure to provide reasonable notice for showings. We have had agents try to show up with only 15 minutes' notice, and have even shown up with NO confirmed appointment at all.
