I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Texas Home Performance. What should have been a straight forward diagnosis turned into multiple visits and unnecessary charges. On the first visit, the technician simply recharged my system with refrigerant, despite the fact that it was already low and clearly leaking. No pressure test or vacuum was performed, no leak search was conducted, and I was charged over $300 for what amounted to a temporary 4 day band-aid. Great price and service. Knowledgeable and professional. I had a great experience with Adnan and his crew. I had rodents get into attic and chewed into my HVAC plenum. Got hot air mixed with the cool air and the condensation led to mold. They changed out the plenum and ducts and grills. I had like 5 different bids and they were the best price by far.
