Jeff has a very professional business and has saved me from “frying” many times. For example, my air conditioner went out and it was 105 degrees outside. Jeff made time to get my air conditioner replaced and the new one working. The summer it went out I remember it being so unbearably hot! The response was very slow. I had to make multiple follow-up calls with no response. Even the first appointment took me few calls to setup. when the team came for inspection there was follow-up report of repairs and action needed which I never received, despite follow-up calls and voice messages. They could certainly improve their their services in this area.
