Texas Home Perfromance has not only been professional, on time, and reasonable, they’ve been wonderfully responsive when I had tenants whose AC went out mid summer on 95 degree days, and they were there withjn hours to diagnose the problem. I am very appreciative of the service I’ve received from these guys. And they do little stuff for me quickly, like change out an old to a programmable thermostat.
Had a diagnosis from another company totaling $3000, got them to come out as a 2nd opinion. They came out quickly and found the problem to be the igniter. Quick, clean, in and out professional service. He took the time to explain and show me the issue and was able to fix for less than 10% of the original estimate of the other company. Will use them for all future HVAC needs!
We had an emergency HVAC failure at one of our rental properties on a Sunday, with extremely cold weather forecast over the next couple of days. I had very little hope of finding help that quickly, but Texas Home Performance exceeded expectations. Jeff (the owner) personally responded, prioritized the situation, and arrived within a few hours.
