The worst company! They are either incompetent or dishonest or both. They submitted a bid that did not fully encompass the scope of work required and are blaming the insurance company for the oversight even though we repeatedly ask for specific details prior to the work beginning. The scope of work required demolishing flooring however for some unfathomable reason repairing the perfectly good flooring that they would destroy wasn’t part of their bid.
