I have been getting my CPAP supplies from these folks for the past 4 1/2 years. Even though my customer service reps have changed, they are always polite, responsive and very helpful. Thank you for taking good care of supplying my equipment.

Everything was going well with Texas Home Medical at first. On April 15, 2025, I spoke with a representative named Elida, who clearly explained that there would be no upfront charges for the CPAP device. I was told that I would pay $13 per month for 12 months, and that after the 12 payments, the device would be mine. Based on that information, I scheduled my pickup.
