Everything was going well with Texas Home Medical at first. On April 15, 2025, I spoke with a representative named Elida, who clearly explained that there would be no upfront charges for the CPAP device. I was told that I would pay $13 per month for 12 months, and that after the 12 payments, the device would be mine. Based on that information, I scheduled my pickup. They are scammers. Bill my insurance and me and never send any supplies, call me, provide any support or anything. Literally it’s been a year and they have never once provided any new supplies even after I have called and asked.

My physician forwarded my prescription for my new CPAP machine to this company. My very first call from them, the representative was a bit rude. She called in December and requested...then demanded I pay my Medicare deductible on the machine that was not going to be shipped until January 2025... I told her I had already paid 2024 deductible on Medicare but she stated the machine would not be shipped to me unless I paid! I came here for a C-PAP. I was nervous it was going to feel like a C-TRAP. Ashton was a real C-CHAP and made the experience a C-SNAP. No C-CAP, he even showed me the C-APP and helped fit the C-STRAP. Ashton deserves a serious C-CLAP for his professional and service.
