This Company should be ashamed of itself. If your loved one is at the end stage do them a Fever and don’t get them. 6 months and none stop issues. Our nurse came out 3 times in 6 months it’s weekly so she sent another nurse in her place or Apparently forward She showed up and saw the patient I know because I was questioned about it and said she’s doing that to like six people this week alone. Patient had a stroke. They sent me out a nurse that had no clue what she was doing and told me she had Covid after losing all use one ... read more

I would like to truly understand what type of services you provide. Pt under your care for comfort measures hospice care develops a DTI unstagable and nothing is done about it. You tell them to put Neosporin on the wound. Pt falls with your care provider and this is the result. Don’t know if her hip was injured as a result. Is this comfort measures. I beg to differ. Preventive care along with promotive care should be instituted when pressure injury first becomes present and you tell the family not to place a mepilex dressing... read more

That nurses have no idea what's happening. They discharge you for no reason. Stay clear away from this. Hope homehealth A lot of care and the nurses are not educated. I don't even know how to take care of wounds.
