The worst, they don't communicate with family. At the moment no oxygen for my mother and they don't care and won't call back. To get oxygen to your home they have to approve it to be brought out. Waste of time and money! If I had of seen this rating prior, we would've known better!
Office personnel are rude and incompetent.. never knew when or If anyone was going to show up
