All my nurses are great the problem is office. This is my third experience and each time lab orders from Dr are never given to visiting nurse. This time my Dr office faxed lab orders 3 times over 3 weeks and still nurses aren’t given them. Due to my health issues my Drs want to prevent me from risking clinic, labs as much as possible. Company needs new management!!
Very poor communication. I was told someone would show up and then when I call an hour after someone was supposed show up, I get told it must’ve been a mixup someone will be bye tomorrow and you’ll get a call before that person shows up. The next day another no show and then the next day I’ll get a call after I’ve made complaints. I’m in the process of looking for another Agency.
The most sorry people in the world. Never returns calls.
It's been pretty good so far but yesterday they sent a special in my home and she took a vantage of me and this morning I'm going to give her the opportunity to make it right with me I'm going to have to press charges for theft because she took money out of my purse and I'm gonna give it opportunity to make it right with me I'm going to press charges because she took money in this night just a little mayor of money it's a great amount of money and I feel because she is a very nice young lady and I never expected her to do it... read more
