Highly recommended. They took such good care of my mother in law. Very compassionate.
So today 6-27 about 510 pm a female driver in a Nissan versa plates WDP6449. Decided that she was more important on the road than I was. Cutting me off where I had to swerve out of the way. My dash cam was off but did take picture's of car. So I have to wait until Monday to speak with someone.
This place is not for me. I don’t like laziness. It’s been two months and Accent still hasn’t started my services. Every week it’s a new lie or Superior didn’t do something right. Today I had them both on two different phones on speaker. Superior is telling the truth and Rebecca is just saying any that lie she can come up with to get me out of her hair. Payment to caretakers n communications isn't very good
Very dissatisfied! My mom needed care and we had one visit in 2 weeks. We made multiple requests for a therapist to call and set up appts that were ordered my MD. No one even bothered to return our calls. So now 2 weeks after injury and we are desperately trying to find another company that will actually show up. Thumbs down on Accentcare!
