My experience with Dr Schmidt and his team at Texas Hip and Knee has been nothing short of excellent. They have always taken my concerns for my orthopedic health seriously. I am young for a full knee replacement and was very nervous about it but the whole experience at Texas Health Clearfork was top notch, from admission to discharge.
On a recent visit my wife(Dorothy) went to see Dr. Crofford for hip pain- X-rays were taken and I was given a shot to ease the pain-since that visit we have received bills for 2 items that the insurance did not pay fully- it is my understanding that in network are to accept what insurance pays and not do BALANCE BILLING.
I went in on Thursday, February 13 for total knee reconstruction surgery. Everybody in the facility from the receptionist to the doctor the anesthesiologist all the nurses and everybody else that came into the room were just wonderful. They took very good care of me. I will recommend to anyone that I know that needs this type of surgery to go there. Big kudos to Dr. Cadambi.
