I would not advise to deal with this auto center business due to the owner's condescending attitude. Despite driving an hour to get to the shop, the owner attempted to overcharge us, seemingly assuming we had no alternative options. Prior to our visit, my husband had engaged in multiple conversations with him, requesting at least a price range, but the owner insisted that we had to visit in person first. I called Thao ahead since I was coming from out of town for a repair of the side mirror on our Lexus RX350. When I arrived he quickly came out to assess the vehicle and disassembled it right there in the parking space. In addition to the motorized portion not functioning correctly (would swing out 180 degrees), the housing and internal mounts were broken from previously.
