Dr. Rojas is kind and compassionate. The office staff never return phone calls or answer emails on patient portal. Each visit I sat for a minimum of an hour waiting to be seen. Found a new EP with short wait times and better support staff.
Nov 2017 they left me sitting in a hospital bed with IV waiting for doc to arrive. I called office and they said it was cancelled. I swore I would write medical board but life got in the way. Drs Roja and Mathuria are brilliant so I bring my wife who needs a defibrillator implanted. Op was scheduled April 4 at Methodist. Found out Monday April 1 it was cancelled for no good reason and the company would not perform the op. The backroom staff are totally incompetent and do not keep you informed.
