Velvet people are rude
The cardiologist in Webster is better. Probably don't have to pay for parking neither. No help with the insurance claim, STAR. That's why you don't just sign people up for random insurance policies without their parents' permission.
A new receptionist is needed, or whoever answers the phone for the School of Perfusion. She is very rude and dismissive, and she will not answer any questions for you.
