Complete disregard for medical conditions and unfortunately makes those with a disability feel like they are the problem rather than being accommodating - which is shocking for this type of company. Very disappointing
The audiologist put wrong earmold side for my son’s hearing device . She wouldn’t know it till after 2,5 weeks following up appointment. Disappointed!

RecommendedLove everything about The Center for Hearing and Speech. They do such amazing work with children and their Audiology and Speech departments are top-notch. They are dedicated and solution-oriented!
Even though we have insurance that will cover hearing aids. They want full payment up from for a new hearing aid. We don’t have that kind of money laying around. So now we are 3 months with no hearing aid for our daughter. Not will to work with us in waiting on insurance to cover. 😢
