Dr.Forbs was really patient understanding and listen to your request and the whole establishment was really friendly people they took care of me and now I’m released. Thank you, Neck And Back.
From day 1 even in pain my experience there has been awesome, I couldn't think of an complaint even if I tried to make one up, the girls from the front to the back, as well as the Dr's, and even the equipment (much love to the massage beds)...lol I am in love are all immaculately professional, polite, compassionate and caring a fact that makes the treatment plans successful. Highly recommend.
I love the facility! All of the nurses are very helpful and kind and Dr.Forbes is awesome! I really enjoy working with Forbes he was very considerate and passionate about his work. Easy to have a conversation with and doesn’t make the process nerve racking he makes it feel more natural! I would definitely recommend this facility and their wonderful staff. The people there are very friendly and caring about you and your situation and pain they send an Uber driver on time to and from THN&BC. Thank you all for caring for me.
My husband and I have been coming here since January and the doctors here took the time to really listen to our concerns, explain our treatment plans, and make sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. They are not only knowledgeable but truly invested in helping their patients heal and feel better. The front office staff are the back of house staff are really pleasant and professional.
