So far it wasn’t too bad. My first time here on 09/14/2026. Olivia was such a sweet heart! Out of all the front desk staff, she was the first to speak and acknowledge me. She was very thorough. I ran into an issue while there. Others did help, however she went above and beyond. Others sent a message via epic (which is normal in healthcare), however I went back and Olivia made everything better. I love Dr. Parikh! I have been a patient of hers and for the last 15 years and a patient if the practice for 23 years. I always receive exceptional and personal care. Everybody in the office and practice always listens to my concerns and questions with care.

There were so many patients - good sign that this is a popular location which means good staff and doctors. All the staff were friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I was there a bit longer than expected, but the doctor apologized and explained she was triple booked, so be sure to bring a book or something to occupy your time. The doctor I met with was new to me, but she was quick and easy to talk to and very informative and helpful. I was very happy with my experience.

Dr. Mbah is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she never rushes through appointments and always makes me feel heard when I express concerns. Over the years, I’ve seen many physicians and can truly attest to her expertise and incredible bedside manner. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mbah for a couple of years now and feel so grateful to have her as my physician. If you’re looking for a women’s health doctor, I strongly recommend her—you will be in excellent hands.
