The PT is ok but this place constantly overbills you. Even when BCBS calls them and tells Texas Health you do not owe anything and you have EOBs from BCBS and Texas Health confirming this, they continue to bill you. When you call the billing office, they always state they will call you back but never do. Even on the portal, they state they are going to escalate the issue but never get back to you. Texas Health Billing Department is terrible and needs to be investigated.
