I see Dr. Eisen all the time, when I was at the hospital after heart surgery he would come by everyday to see how I was doing, and all my appointment with him been professional with a smile.

Dr. Eisen had an attitude from the time he entered the room to the time he left. He didn't even believe I was referred to him by my doctor, he thought I made an appointment off my own personal opinion of my body. He immediately didn't take me seriously, maybe it's because im young, maybe it's cause my ethnicity or maybe its cause he woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Leaving one star because I had to assist my 80 year grandmother and they made me leave a child in the car because “the rules are only one visitor”. I asked if she could simply wait in the EMPTY waiting room and not even go back and of course that’s not ok either. Dr. Eisen is great, but the facility is ridiculous. It’s spring break and I can’t just leave a child at home but they made her wait in the car.

Dr. Light is not accepting new patients. He is the only doctor currently practicing at this convenient location. Why would they not have more doctors?!
