Looked over my case referred me to another physician to make sure I got the right surgeon very nice
Doctor completely unprepared for appointment. Staff just going through the motions, might as well be robots. Very impersonal. Doctor could not adequately answer questions as to why I was experiencing problems one year after surgery. Did not even know CT scans had been ordered 😳 much less look at them. Staff refused to make an appointment for one year follow-up even though I received an email from his office saying to make an appointment if your having any issues. Dr. Jordan is a really good surgeon and I have seen him before for another matter. His staff was very helpful when making the initial appointment and I was able to get in to see him just when I needed to. He gave me my options and helped me determine the best course of action for my situation. Thank you for all of your care!
