I went to Forney surgical center for surgery on my toe. I could not have been happier with my care there. I wish I could name each of the wonderful people I encountered. Honestly it would be every single person from the registrar to nurses to anesthesia. I already knew I had a great doctor (Dr Matthew Britt). Everyone was so kind and professional. Excellent Experience at Texas Health Surgery Center in Forney! I had an excellent experience at Texas Health Surgery Center! The facility was very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly, kind, and attentive. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. Everything was handled very efficiently, and the whole experience was quick and smooth. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of everyone who took care of me. I highly recommend Texas Health Surgery Center, Forney.
I just had my left carpal tunnel relief surgery. It was a wonderful experience. I was treated very professionally. The doctor was exceptional. This was the second carpal tunnel surgery that I had, This, like the very first surgery, went exceptionally well, very, very little issues afterwards, and I was treated with the utmost respect and also Expediency.
The surgical center was clean. The check-in-staff were wonderful. The nurses were friendly except when it was time to check out. I felt "very rushed". There was even a nurse that snapped at me regarding how I was walking "mind you I was just up from getting a total right knee replacement". It wasn't "Kellie" she was friendly & concerned for the most part. It was someone that was helping her get me into the car. This place is great and so was my team. It was very nice and clean. Dr. Matthew Britt is the best! I would highly recommend.
