Check in, pre-op & surgery went well and as expected. But when it came time to leave, the nurse literally rushed me out the door! I was walked to the car less than 10 minutes after leaving the OR. She was very nice while prepping me, but after surgery she was a different person. She ripped the stickers off my chest w/ no warning or remorse when I cried out in shock & pain. Recently had surgery there and was not impressed. The only good thing about this place is that it’s new and convenient. The scheduling process to the anesthesiologist was sporadic to say the least. Maybe once they have been open for 1 year or two things will be organized.
We had an amazing experience here! My dad recently had surgery at this facility, and from start to finish everything went smoothly. The front desk attendant, Renata, was incredibly friendly and she immediately made us feel at ease. RN Dr. Domilola was truly exceptional and one of the best nurses I’ve ever encountered.
