This visit, the er staff lost my dad's clothes. his greeting card was brought over but not the accompanying vase with the yellow roses upon transfer 2 stonegate! Their eateries r still way overpriced! Patrons must ask 4 a receipt and the staff is borderline rude! Patient care needs vast improvement! Parking is meh, meh.
My brother had an emergency surgery and the staff was beyond amazing! Care was coordinated quickly and professionally. The after care nurses were beyond fabulous with making sure I knew what to do to continue care at home. Sage and Shawn in the Harris tower also Erica, Ashley and Royce in the CI were the after surgery care nurses.
Nurses on the 3rd floor day shift heart stint recovery was very rude.
