Without a doubt, a horrible hospital. My one year old grandson was running a 104 degree temperature last night. He arrived with his parents at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton's Emergency Room at 11:30 P.M., and at 2:30 A.M. he still had not been seen by a nurse or a doctor. This hospital should be closed. If you value your life, or the life of someone you care about, stay away from this horrible facility....
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital has the worst customer service ever. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all! Would not recommend this location.
Delivered my baby here in June. Nurses and staff were amazing. Great experience.
Took my 3 y/o to the ED after a trampoline accident. The staff and care was excellent. Sara, Justin, and Dr Davis were all great! Thank you for taking such great care of my little boy!
