This review is not addressed to their medical providers. Some of the doctors are good, some are very very bad. I address here the administrative and "business" operations, plus their execrable web "portal." NOTHING WORKS. Provider admins do not answer their phones, and do not return voice mail messages, even when the call is urgent (not medical emergency). You have one shifty phone system
They don’t pay their bills. Did some general contractor work for them at the Dallas campus. Three outstanding invoices unpaid since March.
Ever since COVID began and your Cleburne hospital decided to take a stand with Criminal Lives Matter in 2020 your hospital Organization has gone down hill. Now you are closing a crucial Department at the Cleburne hospital??? You should be ashamed of yourself I used to think you were a man of good principals come to find out you have lead the hospitals into believing profit/patient. I truly believe we are finally starting to see the decline of what once was great Texas Health Resources. 🤦
