This only for Harris tower 4th floor pcu and patient advocates. Harris tower 4th floor left my wife (who couldn’t advocate for herself) unchanged for hours. So long it bled through her gown 1 sheet and 3 blankets and was visible with a stain about 1 foot in diameter. That was July 2nd until then she did not have any blisters, bruises or sores. On July 3rd I begged to be transferred to a different floor and when we got up to Harris 7 and they did an assessment, she had multiple bruises on her shoulder and arms. She also had b... read more

This complaint is strictly in regards to security officer Dunn. This employee lacks compassion and care in regards to families that have just lost a loved one. Thankful for the nurses and managers to advocate for our family, but Officer Dunn has no concern or regard of the circumstances for families based on his interactions that were completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and does not fulfill the mission and heart of the hospital.
