I’m a legitimate patient of Texas Health Resources** Was promised a phone call from the referral coordinator Celeste to help me with my referral issues and I’ve heard nothing. No one will assist me getting contacted by a patient navigator or another referral coordinator. TERRIBLE communication from Texas Health Resources. Can’t stand dealing with them.

This only for Harris tower 4th floor pcu and patient advocates. Harris tower 4th floor left my wife (who couldn’t advocate for herself) unchanged for hours. So long it bled through her gown 1 sheet and 3 blankets and was visible with a stain about 1 foot in diameter. That was July 2nd until then she did not have any blisters, bruises or sores.
