I walked in and they gave me a room so a doctor would come, so the nurse came and the nurse was good, but she told me to wait for a doctor and I waited in the room for about 1-2 hours for a doctor to show up but they never did and they told me to go back to the waiting room. My 88-year old mom was admitted recently. I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to 2 very special nurses: Kiara in the ER and Prinsy from the 4th floor. These 2 nurses went above & beyond and deserve a huge raise! Thank you both & Dr. Sharma as well!
Well, the night of staff on 4/25 was excellent. I went in for stitches and they did their best to care for me. Unfortunately, when I went back on 5/5 to get the stitches removed, they missed one. I was charged $500 the first time so I tried to call and ask if they’d charge me again but the ER department said they didn’t know and transferred me to billing but billing told me they didn’t know and wanted to transfer me to ER.
