I had a very mixed experience at this facility, ranging from incredibly kind care to outright unprofessional behavior from the financial staff. The Good: When I first arrived, the front desk staff and the initial officer were kind and genuinely concerned about my health. Later, while waiting in severe pain, a wonderful nurse acted as quickly as possible to get me moved to a back room. Additionally, the ultrasound technician was incredibly gentle, patient, and sweet. One of the best hospitals I've ever been to
I’ve had to come to this ER three times this year, and every single time, I’m treated quickly, the doctors always listen, the nurses and other staff are attentive and kind, and I always feel safe and well taken care of. They are all super quick and efficient but also caring. I never feel like a number always a person. Another thing to note is the front desk women and the people who do the payment and check ins are also so nice and empathetic. I don't recommend this hospital if you're looking for professional doctors. I came in around 8 pm with a serious anxiety attack. I was barely able to breathe and my heart rate was at 160. Good thing they got in the back really fast and checked me. My mom was worried and asked the doctor or nurse why my heart rate was so high. She said "it's above her pay grade to tell us." Which is really unfortunate because I feel like if I have a really high heart rate there should've been a doctor that can tell us what's going on in that ... read more
My husband came in and received inexcusable sexism from emergency room female staff member working around 3:30 to 4:00 pm today. It's disgusting and infuriating this is an issue in 2026. Have some respect and be professional.
