Monday I had a double mastectomy. Everyone was very helpful and kind until the morning shift on Tuesday morning 12/12/23. When they took over it was absolutely horrible. Kayla came to tell me bye and I met the tech starting her shift. I told her that I needed to use the restroom if she didn’t mind. She walked to the end of my bed and just stood there. I asked if she would push the buttons to move the bar on my bed as I could not extend my arm and reach the rails. She shook her head no. I pulled myself up off the bed and re... read more

Not a good place. Don't trust them with your information. The overall care was not good. They lack the communication skills needed to be a good hospital.

Worst experience... From robotic employees... Zero compassion....except for Dr. Lopez. I remember emergency rooms as a place you could go and people would want to help you... Someone would instantly take control, get you to a room and make you comfortable.... Now it is...."fill out this paperwork" then we will see when we will take care of you....and I am a senior and have Medicare and a secondary policy. Seniors BEWARE!!!!! I will never go back there.

I delivered baby in Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital and the amount Presbyterian hospital ($3600 after insurance payoff) charged is double the amount than that of my friend who delivered baby at Medical Center of Lewisville hostpital($1500). We both have the same insurance and more over Lewisville hostpital offers discount if we pay full amount and Presbyterian hospital is not offering any discount to payoff the balance. If we are looking for reduced medical expenses don't suggest Presbyterian Hospitals.

The only good thing about this place is my doctor practices there and he's amazing. I don't blame him at all. I only went one time for a horrific migraine, my BP was high, and I had severe pain in my lady area and legs. The doctor that treated me was so rude and condescending. He refused to listen to anything I had to say. The nurse told me they weren't there for "party time" and I heard them talking loudly in the hallway about the "junkie" while they laughed. I didn't even ask for meds. I wanted to know what was wrong. I en... read more
