I was hesitant a few months ago when Amy Allison suggested we try it. 5 years post surgery, several different kinds of muscle relaxers, pain meds, and traditional therapies but to no avail. I was referred to physical therapy at Kaufman Texas Health Resources. I recently had a mastectomy that caused cording (scar tissue rolled up like logs) under my arm. It is very painful and uncomfortable, and the pain radiates to my shoulder and down my arm.
