room is freezing food is terrible & shower doesn't work
I was brought to the ER early Thursday morning. Every doctor, nurse, and tech were all absolutely amazing. I was talked through every step of my visit through to my surgery and recovery. Even the security guard in the ER was wonderful. I was I could remember the name of everyone I spoke with. I am so grateful to Dr. Bilbo, Dr. Gillean, and everyone on the team here. Thank you all so much.
when arrived there wasnt but one person in the waiting room @ 11 am didnt get to the xrays till 2:30 and didnt get room said we was gonna get one when available and gave it to other people and about everyone who came in after is already leaving or already left complete bull... just came for xrays and last to be seen first to come but last to be seen.. bugs in the waiting room trash and a lady that works here gotta skip and be seen and left she should have had to wait like everyone else.
Delivered my son here a few days ago. Every single staff member was kind and courteous and took the best possible care of me. As a healthcare provider myself, I’m a tough patient! Would return to this hospital if needed anytime and well worth the hour drive for me! Recently had surgery (on a Thursday).. All went well in surgery and while in recovery. I received excellent and professional services... Unfortunately, I had to go to ER on Saturday and again on Sunday.. The ER staff, from the registration desk, Dr. Landry, nurses and everyone else, were absolutely outstanding.
