I was discharged yesterday 7/22/17. I have so many good things to say about this facility. All the staff was wonderful! I was treated with the upmost respect. Thank you so much for taking care of me. To me, they're all superstars!

I never leave reviews, bad or good, but this was Ridiculous! Today, July 23rd, 2017. My niece and a friends kid collided against each other in a bouncy house My niece went to Baylor in Rockwall and my friends child went to Presby Rockwall with a huge & deep cut in her face. Well, my niece went in a room right away and they were treating her while my friend child was still waiting in the waiting room, with a huge gash on her face, at Presby Rockwall!!!! The staff was very concerned and friendly. Nurse did a great job getting my IV in. The doctor was very determined (stayed over late on his shift to be able to coordinate my care plan). I was transferred to another hospital (due to my complicated diagnosis) in a reasonable amount of time.
They were very prompt in getting my husband in there care has been excellent thank you Texas Health Presbyterian hospital.
