I had a leg hematoma that was infected from a car accident. Harris HEB ER Doctor referred me to this Wound Care Center. The Nurses and Doctor Cherian were amazing. Very knowledgeable , made me feel at ease, that it would get healed correctly. However, the billing department was another story, I had met my out-of-pocket maximum and United Healthcare had initially incorrectly told them I still owed a deductible portion. Don't wait, get healed. Dr. Cherian worked for six months to successfully heal my complex wound. That is a long and painful journey but his staff, his diligence, and expertise made for a win. They can do the same for you!
The staff and nurses are so extremely helpful and patient. They explained what was going on with my treatment and were so patient when I i was afraid. Best wound care place I've ever been. Nurse Jacq is the best!
