Visited Dr. Le in August 2023. Paid the $30 copay and my insurance confirmed paying the rest. After 1 year received a bill that the original visit bill was $224 and after payment from insurance the bill INCREASED to $528 (screenshot attached). Raised the issue with billing department immediately and after more than a month, they did not resolve and just sent me another bill that shows the amount is past due.
