My boyfriend came here not being able to walk on his leg that had a hip replacement a month and a half before. They did an x ray and blood clot check. Didn’t find anything and discharged him despite the fact he couldn’t walk and was in serious pain! He went to another hospital 6 hours later where they confirmed he had an infection and is now having surgery 3 days after being at this hospital. I honestly had a great experience here. My last few ER visits (at other hospitals) have not been good at all so I was nervous to go. The front desk staff were kind and quickly got me checked in. I was taken back immediately and Dr. Weatherall saw me within 10 minutes of being in my room. He was so kind and listened to all of my concerns and took them seriously, I never once felt dismissed. Worst ER you could EVER go to. Made my mom sit in pain for 6 hours because of their incompetence and lack of caring. If you hate the person who needs help, take them here. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

If i could give no stars i would. Took my grandmother to the ER because she was lethargic and had a uti. In context- i myself am medical and told them this information. To make a long story short they started doing stroke protocol on her because she has a history of a-fib. Docs left her on Plavix and added coumadin with Lovenox- fine, but not typical to leave plavix on board.
