I've been to this ER 3 times and was promptly taken care of. I have no complaints. All the staff was very caring and had empathy when caring for me. I highly recommend.

I was scheduled for surgery on Sep 2 and was given specific pre- op instructions the day before. I was to arrive at the facility at 8:30am and I hate being late so I arrived at 8am. I knew I was early, so I was prepared to wait. There was no wait at all. I checked in with admissions and was taken right back to get prepped for surgery. The nurse was amazing, sweet and took her time to explain everything that she was doing. DO NOT GO HERE IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY! They do not care. They do not follow protocol. They are extremely rude and insensitive. Do not visit with a medical emergency, this cannot be expressed enough. I think the only thing this hospital knows how to assist with is a sprain or broken arm but even then I bet they'll send you somewhere else. I blame the hiring manager most of all for hiring the nurses here, each human I interacted with here was a perfect example of how NOT to treat a patient. Schools should take their st... read more
