Just had an absolutely amazing experience delivering here. We used midwife+co for the second time (highly recommend), but this was our first delivery with them at this hospital. Our L+D nurse, Carlin, was an absolute angel. She was an upbeat, calm, and encouraging presence through the entire delivery. I had robotic surgery in chest area performed by Cardiothoracic surgeon Dr Richard Vigness at Harris and everything was exceptional. From his expert skills to the entire staff, nurses , techs etc. I had zero complaints and would go back there without a doubt if needed. I spent 1 night there total.
Could not have asked for a better team of nurses for my L&D experience. They were all angels on earth during such a vulnerable/ painful time. Mac, Stephanie and Hayley were so supportive of my birth plan and honored every request with zero hesitation. My 2 days in postpartum were great as well with Beverly, Jennifer and Janine! They are all so thorough and supportive and I will remember each and every one of them for the rest of my life. Techs, anesthesiologist & doctors were wonderful as well!
Their policy of not letting you bring in your normal every day prescriptions and then charging you double the going rate is pretty shabby! Especially for the most profitable nonprofit medical groups in Fort Worth, Texas Health Resources!
The nurse Abigail N was very rude and very Unprofessional with herself , she gave us Attitude after asking for our discharge papers after it was an hour wait
