I went to this ER last night because I had put pressure on my foot that was operated on and I began to gradually have intensifying pain. I want to brag!! I had a great experience at cleburne Texas health. My nurse has the most beautiful heart. I had a bit of an embarrassing accident and she held me and told me it was ok, she was warming, extremely warming to me my whole experience there. The whole team was great! I had just left Texas health hugely prior, with not a good experience AT ALL. I'm thankful for the cleburne location, I am starting to feel better, I can now help my kiddo get better faster. they took very good care of me
The night paramedic has zero bed side manners. When patient said the BP cuff was hurting he said," well you have high BP so its gonna hurt. We're not hurting your the machine is." Gruff and bkunt. Pathetic. Compassion goes a long way in health. Watched one nurse leave a tourniquet on same patient arm, walk away and forget about it. Patient complained it was hurting after 5-7 mins. Another nurse says OMG she left it on. Cleburne, as big as it is deserves better. CEO is worthless and refuses to ever speak to patient or family.... read more
