I went to this ER twice in one week, my husvand went once as well. No one here in this ER cares to listen to a patient. At least not this couples complaints. I gave them all the info to help me, repeated my symptoms but the staff is just bland, they are just going through the motions, Dr ended telling me I was having a panic attack. The next day my husband insisted we go somewhere else. We went to Baylor Scott and White ER in Burleson where they discovered a congenital condition in my skull...enough said. One. Of the worst parts of this hospital is they want to keek you bed ridden the intire time that you are there have to ask promission to get out of bed or to go to the restroomfor they have s A alarm on everyting

They don't tell you until after you see the physician that the doctors they have don't get covered by your insurance. Stay far away if you don't want to get a bill over $2k for a doctor who doesn't care to slap and "easy" diagnosis on you to get you to leave.

I had to goto this ER today. I was impressed. Everyone was kind, efficient. They took care of me and let me go in record time. Check-in, triage, registration, nurse, doctor... All just wonderful.
