This is by far one of the best ER department experiences I have ever had. I have, unfortunately, had to be seen in this ER twice over the past few years, most recently in June of 2025. From the intake to the doctor, I have been treated so kindly and with such respect. My symptoms have been heart-related both times, and there is nothing more settling than being treated with kindness and understanding. I went to the ER here yesterday evening around 8:30, and I must say I was surprisingly pleased. From the lady in reception, to the nurses, and even the DR.  Everyone was so nice and had a sense of humor. I was reluctant to go due to unpleasant experiences at the Baylor Scott that’s closer to me, but I’m glad I went. I was in so much pain and they got me right in, did what they could , and let me leave pain free. Thanks for the awesome card Texas Harris!
