We had an incredible experience at Texas Health Frisco and are so grateful for the care we received. Amy and Erin, our postpartum nurses, Amy on the night shift and Erin on the day shift, were both absolutely amazing. I went here several years back when I also at the same time was an employee too. I went in for "gallbladder pain " I have had G.B.S for weight loss and with it came the gallbladder removal. The night that I went in, I was having severe stomach pains on the right side. They did a CT SCAN and the radiologists that read that CT Scan said the gallbladder was unremarkable, meaning in the medical world...Nothing notable about it. This hospital has serious ethics issues. My mother was admitted there a few days ago. The doctor prescribed her medication for her pain. My sibling would not allow the nurses to give her the medication. I requested a patient advocate for my mother because I was concerned for her safety. The next day, the hospital pushed my mother to sign a power of attorney to my sister when she was not thinking clearly. When I got there, my mother apologized and said she did not want to. I was literally just discharged and could not wait to come home and review my experience at this hospital!
