I’ve had several wonderful trainers. I’m training with Glenn now and have made huge progress in strength and overall health in my joints. This health center has given me hope in continuing total mobility as I move into my 60s.
The staff are friendly and helpful, they will try their best to answer any questions you may have. I love coming to this gym cause they offer free workout classes throughout the week. The locker rooms are also well kept and clean.
