Wendy is the absolute best!! I’ve loved every workout she’s designed for me and I can’t wait to see my results.

Great space to work out
This facility tricked my 94 year old dad into signing two contracts, 2.5 weeks apart from each other. One contract was for 3 visits per week and the second contract was for 1 visit per week (for 6 months). They way they set him up, he is supposed to go the gym 4 times per week??? He was charged $540, twice per month, June and July. I discovered the charges on the second month and disputed them. This resulted in a partial refund of $540.
