Great Trainer and facility for workouts of all types. Enrique is the best Trainer and finest type of gentleman I have found in Dallas...I have stopped looking for others because Enrique is 360 degrees in his knowledge and abilities.
This is a great gym! Never too crowded! Plenty of weights and machines to use. Overall the gym is very clean and the staff are all super friendly!
Amazing facility and staff. Equipment if great, clean, and available. Having access to a walking, lap pool is the main reason choosing the facility. Locker room looks more like a hospital with regard to cleanliness than a gym facility. I recommend the facility often when people are looking for an alternative without everyone pulling out a camera to get the right social media video or photo.
