MY COMPLAINT IS ON THE INSURANCE PERSON WORKING IN BOTH OFFICES.I moved to Denton Cty area and I had Aetna Medicare which didn't have a service I needed and then I switched to Cigna Preferred (HMO) I made sure that my Doctor Dr Gegbe my primary took the insurance. Then when She referred me for Neck and Back Dr Zahn which is part of this Network gave me the run around saying they couldn't get an authorization.
