They don't help poor people . They do not accept any market place insurance .They only cater to rich people. Good luck. Doctors are only in it for the money . No ratings for them. When my grandma went there the front desk yelled she needs to get her COVID shot. Excuse me no she doesn't. Its not your decision to the staff whether she got it or not. Not your choice . Don't tell out in public to everybody in the building thank you.
I went in there quickly remembering this location is down the street from our job. I came in hoping they can see me because it was noticeable I am having some reaction to my face. I was first told I can see a doctor than I was asked if I am sure I have been seen there before I said yes. Told her I have seen Pam before. She then stops me and states I can not see the doctor because I have not seen anyone on his team... she tried to schedule me for tomorrow but it's more than obvious that I needed to be seen. michelle who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional for a doctors office...kept rushing me off the phone and gave the impression the doctor doesn't see new patients. just starts going off we dont treat for ADHD, we dont treat for this that...you dont even know what is wrong. Kept telling her i was just trying to establish primary care. APPERENTLY DR.Conway does not support primary care according to her
I am a new patient and my experience was terrible with this office. I made an appointment on Nov 12th for December 7th. Received a text message on Nov 30 to confirm appointment. I did. I contacted office a day before appointment to see why my visit is not showing up on my chart to check-in. I was told it was cancelled. I was apparently called and did not have a voicemail box to leave a message. My voicemail box is working perfectly fine so I am not sure what number was called.
