I see Melanie Watkins. This was my first virtual appointment. It was so easy. Melanie is always professional, friendly , and asks all the right questions after listening to the problem. I would give her an 11 if I could!

Dr Ashford and the team at Texas Health Family Care recently became the PCP for my brother, Roger. His health issues are complex and I was nervous about finding him the right PCP. I must say that this group is really amazing. They are knowledgeable, responsive, professional and caring. They represent everything I had hoped as they have now join me in making sure my brother lives his best life. Every person I have talked to has treated me and my brother's situation as a top priority. Thank you! You all are appreciated!
